PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® XE DALAMAT
I. CHARACTERISTICS
The tile is made of recycled black rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by volumedyed
polyurethane elastomer resin. As a result of the composition, expansion in heat and shrinking in the cold
are normal. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our
garden tiles to give them their
solidity and elasticity.
The interlocking Dalamat rubber tile is a high quality economical safety floor. Dalamat can be assembled and
dissembled very quickly with no particular tools.
The designs on the surface are similar to interlocking
paving furniture tiles.
II. COLORS
Brick furniture red – Green – Black or black speckled with yellow EPDM aggregate
During
modern storage, make sure the elements are not partially exposed to UV rays as this will affect the colour.
If the colour of the tiles is not exactly uniform, simply wait a few weeks for the colour to even out. A colour loss
can occur without altering the characteristics of the tile. Green is more sensitive to UV rays than red. A special
PU 63 or PA 63 non-slip
contemporary paint can be applied by airless spraying by a specialist to renovate the appearance of
the HEXDALLE® DALAMAT tile that has faded with time.
III. DIMENSIONS
Tiles of 800 x 800 mm.
(Tolerance +/- 0.5 % at 20 °C)
Thickness: 20 – 40 mm.
(Tolerance +/- 3 % at 20 °C)
IV. USE
Designed for public gardens, retirement homes, recreation areas, facilities for handicapped people, garden
paths, outer grounds in ski resorts, etc.
The Hexdalle Dalamat tile is also perfectly adapted to special events and entertainment environments (e.g.
sports activities on a Petanque area covered with Dalamat)
V. MAINTENANCE
HEXDALLE® DALAMAT tiles are designed to keep maintenance costs low. They can be simply washed
(maximum 3 Bars) or swept with a soft brush. You can also use our bactericidal cleaning product: Cleandalle
FC. Allow 72 hours after sticking before cleaning for the first time. Never use a solvent to clean the tiles.
HEXDALLE® Dalamat is flexible, sound-proof, non-slip, rot-proof and hygienic. It is also pleasant in shape and
colour.
