HEXDALLE® XE HALTERO TILES - 1

PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® XE HALTERO TILES I. CHARACTERISTICS The tiles are made of recycled black rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by volume-dyed polyurethane elastomer resin. As a result of the composition, expansion in heat and shrinking in the cold are quite normal. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our tiles to give them their solidity and elasticity. HEXDALLE® tiles are cast and compressed under 10 tons of pressure and heated in a single operation. Our glues and our bevelled edging must be used around the edge. Brick red – Green – Black – Grey During storage, make sure the tiles are not partially exposed to UV rays as this will affect the colour. If the colour of the tiles is not exactly uniform, simply wait a few weeks for the colour to even out. A colour loss can occur without altering the characteristics of the tile. Green is more sensitive to UV rays than red. A special PU 63 nonslip paint can be applied by airless spraying by a specialist to renovate the appearance of HEXDALLE® tiles. For better resistance to UV rays and wear, we advise you to request a PU 63 or PA 63 coating when you place your order. Gyms, body-building and weight-lifting areas, etc. to create training areas or to cover platforms. HEXDALLE® tiles are designed to keep maintenance costs low. They can be simply vacuumed, washed (maximum 3 Bars) or swept with a soft brush. You can also use our bactericidal cleaning product: Cleandalle FC. Allow 72 hours after sticking before cleaning for the first time. Never use a solvent to clean the tiles. HEXDALLE® XE HA tiles are flexible, sound-proof, non-slip, rot-proof and hygienic. They are also pleasant in shape and colour. Models, drawings and names are registered. No copy or reprography is permitted without prior written authorization. This manual was reviewed in August 2014 and may be updated; please make sure this is the latest version.
