PRODUCT DATA SHEET – HEXDALLE® BALL 430 I. CHARACTERISTICS HEXDALLE® BALL 430 is made of black recycled rubber aggregate which has been sorted and graded, bound by volume-dyed polyurethane elastomer resin. The assembly is then compressed under several tons of pressure. Other processed chemical elements are used in the composition of our HEXDALLE® BALL 430 for solidity and elasticity. II. COLOURS Red – Green – Black – Grey With 1 dot on the top TOTAL HEIGHT (with fixing plate) IV. USE HEXDALLE® BALL 430 is a recreational element, entirely made of rubber that can be used in various ways: As a seat, a balance game, to play leapfrog, limit an area, etc. Very decorative, HEXDALLE® BALL 430 will enlighten your playgrounds and public gardens. The equipment must not be installed on a too sloping ground. VIII. CLEANING/MAINTENANCE Use our Cleandalle FC bactericidal degreasing cleaning product. The green colour is more sensitive to U.V. than the red colour. HEXDALLE® BALL 430 can be renewed thanks to our special PU63 or PA63 non-slip paint. The paint should be applied by a professional, using an airless spray gun. Each month: • check that the playground is clean • check the ball surface condition • check the ball stability If severe damage is noticed which could threaten children’s safety, action must be taken immediately.
