LAMINATE
Technical Specification of Panels
1. Panels:
They are made from high density chipboard with the thickness 30 and 38 mm. Although the standard size is 600 x 600 mm, production of 400 x 600 panels is available, too. The 7 angle between the top and bottom surfaces supplies easy assembly & disassemble. High heat and noise isolation achieved when applied.
2. Top Surface Coverings:
Any kind of floor coverings can be applied as a top surface of the panels. The covering materials can be choosen as antistatic or conductive due to the application.
3. Bottom Surface Coverings:
It is possible to use 0,5 mm thick galvanized steel plate, 0,2 mm thick aluminum plate or 0,05 mm thick aluminum foil as bottom surface of the panels due to desire or need. These materials prevent the core from humidity and supply electrical conductivity.
4. PVC Edging:
All the panel edges are surrounded by 0,4 mm thick PVC to achieve strengthening.
5. Test Values of Panels:
The panels were tested at home and in UK. It is possible to find the results of the tests on the technical specifications pages. Fire resistance tests were performed in Middle East Technical University. They are approved for DIN 4102 A2 class 30 min. TSE has reported that they are antistatic. We have also a certificate for Russian market.
