Technical Specification of Pedestals
1. Pedestal Base :
Galvanized 2 mm steel plate with WO x 100 mm square riveted to a M14 threaded rod.
2. Nut M14:
A special product which is used to adjust and ock the desired height for the heights 120 mm and above. Galvanized
3. Pipe:
Galvanized steel tube with the diameter 25 mm and the thickness is 1,5 mm. The pipe is pressed to the pedestal head.

4. Pedestal Head:
Galvanized 3 mm thick steel plate with suitable shape for easy assembly of stringers. There are holes on the plate to lock the stringers by screw fasteners.
5. Head Gasket:
3 mm thick moulded plastic gasket designed to locate the corners of the garden panels. Electrical continuity is achieved by brass plate placed on the plastic gasket (optional).
6. Stringer:
The stringer is made from galvanized steel by 1 mm thick. Dimensions of the stringer is 30x25x 30 mm U shaped. The stringer system gives the possibility to use 400 x 600 mm & 600 x 600 mm panels.

7. Stringer Gasket:
Made of plastic with the thickness of 1 mm prevents noise and slippery.
8. Screw Fastener:
M6 galvanized screw fasteners architectural locks the stringers to pedestal heads by threading the hole.
9. Locking Nut:
Used for the heights lower than 120 mm. It locks the threaded rod to pedestal head. The thickness is 3 mm and produced from galvanized steel plate.
The system could withstand the load 18 kN for axial and 11.8 kN for quadranttests. The tests were performed in Ceram Lab's in UK.
