ESPRITè un programma di imbottiti che comprende 59 elementi , diritti, curvi e angolari in cui l’azione progettuale si èsoffermata più sulle questioni tipologiche o comunque legate all’uso dell’oggetto divano, che sullo studio dei suoi elementi compositivi e dei loro rapporti. Quest’ultimi sono stati anzi opportunamente distillati, alla ricerca di una semplicità formale. I dueelementi fondamentali di un divano (base e schienale) sono stati isolati in forme precise e definite, accostate fra loro come insospensione, senza ostentare nulla di strutturale se non la sfera di alluminio che assieme al piede di sostegno, costituisce il soloparticolare ”decorativo“ della collezione. The last ones have been on the contrary well selected in order to find out a formal simplicity. The two basic elementsof a sofa (base and back) have been isolated into straight and defined forms, one approached to the other as if they were waving in the air, without any other structural part, apart from the aluminium ball which, together with the leg, forms the only”decorative“ particular of the collection.
