Dimensions and weight : Each Twin Tile consists of 8 tiles and has an outside dimension of 1470 mm x 410 mm. The panels are placed with a side lap of 70
mm and a headlap of 45 mm (this corresponds to ± 1,96 elements
per m
2 covered surface). Each element weighs only 3 kg. Composition of the Twin Tile : The Twin Tile panels are composed of two steel-plates, covered
with alu-zinc and pressed together, with a middle layer of polymer
foil. The top side of the tiles is finished with a powder coating
which provides them a shiny and smooth outlook. Specifications : • Thickness of the steel: 2 x 0,3 mm • Polymer foil: +/- 120 µm • Thickness of the powder coating : 120 µm (with a minimum of 100 µm) Schematic presentation :
