VENTILATED SYSTEM HEAVY FACADE STONE, WITH A THICKNESS GREATER The profiles and components have been drawn to bear extreme loads. The maximum allowed tension, deformations and safety coefficients are as detailed in the numerical values are acceptable according to Regulation 04/3 for building Construction. The unique undercut technology for drilling and mounting of the anchor on the rear {secret fix) section of the facade material allows for: • Use offagade materials with a thickness more than 20mm • 50% greater load in comparison to standard methods of hanging heavy fagade materials (marble, granite) • 73% reduction in internal stresses in the panel Difference in the stresses on the tile occur when: 1. Fixing with clamps or using rivets (self drilling screws) 2.
