TEC 29 - Our best-selling generator
More power, less weight
The TEC 29 petrol generator from Dometic delivers more power than its conventional predecessors and the efficiency power per kilogram has been increased about 50%. And yet it is lighter and needs much less space for installation - due to the compact modern design!
The power secret lies in the variable speed magnet alternator. It maintains a stable frequency and voltage with a perfect sine wave (only 1% distortion) at all times - so you can reliably run sensitive electronic equipment such as laptops.
Continuous output 2,600 watt Variable speed alternator Membrane fuel pump Suitable for supplying all Dometic modern air conditioners Engine GX160 with5.5HP Stainless steel casing Most compact and lightest model
Innovative technology
Fuel consumption is low as the TEC 29 adjusts the power depending on the load applied. Moreoverthe unique electronic microprocessor control not only prevents short-circuits and overloads, it also enables twice the output: Coupling two units is no problem.
Easy to operate
The board computer with illuminated display makes the operation very easy. The alphanumerical display shows all relevant functions such as voltage, amperage, starting current and hour meter. For additional safety it also features several building alarms.
The TEC 29 is mounted underneath the rustic vehicle's chassis or tucked awayin a ventilated home storage box. The installation of the exhaust is flexible.
