Dometic DMS Restocking and charging system

DMS stands for Dometic Management System, a low-cost,high-speed garden software package which takes all the guess-work out of the bar refrigerator operation. Using a pocket PC with simple touch-commercial screen entry, it takes only seconds for the attendant to record the items consumed from the miniBar. This information is transmitted directly to the DMS computer via telephone line or the PDA modern cradle. No time-consuming paperwork, no risk of information being recorded incorrectly – the restocking lists are automatically generated enabling attendants to take the exact items required to the rooms. DMS, when interfaced with the hotel PMS, can also be usedfor miniBar billing and detailed statistics regarding product consumption, gross revenues, history of sales by room, profit/taxes over a selected period of time, etc. Optimised miniBar checking, restocking and billingDirect billing to guest room Increased staff productivity, less mistakes by avoiding time-consuming paperwork Quick and easy to learn application Efficient management tool for miniBar sales analysisCompatible with any manual miniBar
