This innovative material is adhered to the Designtex textile, Kensho Multi. When researching contemporary methods of finishing and post treating textiles for the collection, Designtex designers chanced upon an exciting combination of embossing and laminating a Trevira CS textile.This innovation afforded a number of application possibilities, including the ability to upholster an embossed textile and maintain the wonderful pleating that is caused by the emboss, without stretching out the pleats. In addition, the non woven backing that the Trevira is adhered to is a new introduction.The backing is also Trevira CS , which affords a 100% Trevira CS product that will pass E-84 Unadherred Class A, making Fossil useful for not only an inspirational upholstery but also a viable option for wrapped design panel application. The combination of Fossil with some of the carefully chosen colorways of Kensho Multi results in a range of effects. (i.e. Kensho Multi 2849-104 emphasizes the appearance of building materials, while Kensho Multi, 2849301 features the product in a stunning blaze of color.
