Liquid building chillers of the WSAT and WSAN series are units designed for outdoor installation and for best energy efficiency.

The compressors are of the hermetic Scroll type. The units are fitted with an innovative microprocessor control for regulating and optimising all functions, thereby increasing the partial-load energy efficiency. An enamelled, hot-galvanised sheet metal load-bearing frame with prepainted aluminium outer panelling ensures maximum resistance to weathering. The base, made from painted galvanised metal sections with holes to facilitate lifting and earthing the unit, guarantees even weight distribution.

All the units are factory assembled and tested and ready for operation after connection to the electricity and water supplies, with consequent substantial reduction in installation costs.

Version that allows cold to be recovered at no cost from the ambient when the external air temperature is lower than the system return water temperature.

This version allows unit operation within the water and glycol mixing temperature range be^een +5°C and -8°C inclusive.
