CA-A480-A Elevator Controller

Connected to the CT-V900-A controller’s expansion bus, each CA-A480-A can control up to 16 floors. The CAA480-Afloor control relays can be interfaced directly with an elevator’s floor control buttons. When a valid card is presented, the appropriate floor control relays will become enabled allowing the cardholder to select the desired floor. DestinationControlled Mode, which requires a CA-A482-P Destination Reporting Module, offers far superior event trail and useraccountability. In addition to these advanced floor and elevator control features, the CA-A480-A also features full supervision, backup battery and a fire alarm input.

CA-A482-P Destination Reporting Module (DRM)

The DRM has 16 Floor Selection inputs, one for each floor control relay of the CA-A480-A Elevatorcontroller. Once a card is presented, the user can only select one floor. Once the floor is selected,all other floor selection buttons are de-activated. The user must present their card again in orderto select another floor. Each card swipe and individual floor selection is recorded by the system.
