Assessorial Charges From time to time, motor carriers willcharge for services that are beyond the scope of a normal delivery. In the event that this happens, Cambro Mfg. reserves the right to bill thecustomer for these charges. Services that fall under this program would include:

GENERAL TERMS –

Cambro products may be combined to obtain prepaid freight because they are manufactured in one area.Return Merchandise Policy Freight is prepaid on shipmentstotaling $2,700 net or more, based on a single order for single delivery within the continental U.S.A. Orders for shipments totaling less than $2,700 are F.O.B. City of Industry, California. Any items back ordered from a “prepaid freightorder” will be forwardedtransportation charges paid. Any item back ordered from a “collect shipment” will be forwarded transportation charges collect. Add-ons are not allowed on prepaid backorders. Customer requested palletized orders will be charged $7.00 net per pallet. Broken Cartons No merchandise may be returnedwithout written authorization. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All returned goods are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge plusoutbound freight. Returned goods must be receivedwithin 60 days of purchase. Special or non-standard items are not returnable.

Orders calling for less than standardpack will be charged $5.00 net per broken case. Broken cartons are not available on the assortment pack or custom imprinted ladles. • Sort &Segregation of product atcustomer’s dock• Lift-gate required to off load the productfrom the truck• Inside delivery requestsThese charges are considered to beassessorial charges and are not included in the prepaid freight program.
