Folding and stapling the feltTurn the rail over and at the corner pockets fold the felt over the mitered edge. Stretching the felt tightly and working out the wrinkles as you staple in the area. Starting at the center of the rail, stretch the felt tightly over the cushion and staple at the center on the bottom of the rail working toward each end. >
Covering the side pocketsAt the side pocket area on rail, stretch the felt tightly over the nose of the cushion and staple it. Slit the felt up to the edge of the cushion nose as shown on picture. Follow the previous step, then firmly pull the pieces and staple as needed. >
