Billiards Table Owners Manual Place the two cross beams in the slots inside the table frame. Insert two bolts with washers and nuts through the holes at each end of each cross beam and hand tighten them. Tighten all bolts and nuts for the beams with a wrench. Lay the liner flat on the frame and insert wood screws where they are required. Tighten the screws with a screwdriver.When you have completed this, go to page 10 and proceed with the section ғInstalling Slate All Series֔. >
