Tecnologia: Centro Studi & Ricerche Busnelli LA STRUTTURA: la base, composta da barre in alluminio estruso con una sezione appositamente disegnata, può essere anodizzata naturale o rivestita; gli angoli sono in politene stampato ad iniezione. Le staffe per l’innesto di schienali e braccioli, in metallo, sono avvitate alla barra; le parti a vista hanno la finitura nikel satinato. L'IMBOTTITURA: l’imbottitura in poliuretano è rivestita da falde in fibra acrilica costituite da poliesteri al 100%: un materiale di lunga durata, asettico ed atossico. L’imbottitura di schienali e braccioli, in poliuretano espanso a densità differenziata, è indeformabile e non contiene CloroFluoroCarburi. MOLLEGGIO SEDUTA: il cuscino della seduta, in poliuretano espanso indeformabile a densità differenziata senza CFC, contiene molle d’acciaio a spirale (ogni singola molla ha la propria sede). Nella parte inferiore del cuscino è inglobato un inserto in multistrati dotato di elementi sporgenti in politene per l’ancoraggio alla base. I PIEDINI: i piedini in metallo a disegno esclusivo hanno la finitura nikle satinato con puntale in politene nero; le piastre di giunzione tra gli elementi componibili sono in alluminio. PARTICOLARITÀ: Monopoli è completamente sfoderabile (anche la versione in pelle). Dopo il taglio computerizzato il tessuto viene “sorfilato” per aumentare la tenuta delle cuciture. Sotto l’abito una sottofodera fissa riveste e finisce tutti gli elementi. FRAME: the base is made of aluminium extrusion bars with exclusive section, it can be natural anodized or covered. The corners are in polythene injection forged. The metal fittings for the joint of backs and arms are screwed to the bar; the visible parts are with satin Nickel finish. PADDING: the padding of polyurethane is covered with layers of acrylic fibre composed of 100% polyesters: it is an aseptic and non-toxic long lasting product. The padding for backs and arms is in polyurethane in differentiated density and it is indeformable and does not contain Chloro-Fluoro-Carbides. SEAT SPRINGING: the seat cushion in indeformable polyurethane in differentiated density chlorofluorocarbon-free contains spiral steel springs (each single spring has its own cell). The seat underneath includes a multilayer wooden piece, which is equipped with projecting elements made of polythene to enable anchor to the base. All the elements have a fixed fitting under-cover beneath the covering. FEET: the exclusive metal feet are in satin nickel finish with black cap in polythene; the metal junction plates between the addable elements are in aluminium. PECULIARITY: Monopoli’s covering is completely removable (in the leather version too). After the cut by means of an electronic system, each part of the cover is “seam matched” to ensure tight stitchings.
