Return and exchange policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you
are naturally entitled to return it within five
days (furniture) or seven days (accessories),
as long as it is unused and undamaged, part
of our main selection, and is still in its original
packaging. A restocking fee, of 40% of the
original purchase price, applies to all furniture
orders. Should you wish to have the items
picked up, a delivery charge will also apply.
Please note, however, that items bought on sale
cannot be returned. See in store for full details
of our terms and conditions.
Product facts
Use the combinations in the catalog for
inspiration. Please refer to each model number
for the availability of specific types of veneer
and colors in the price lists. Check out more
designs on www.boconcept.com.
Our range
You are always welcome to view all the
products in our range in our stores and studios.
However, our stores vary in size and you may
not find our entire product range on display at
your local BoConcept. Our full range is available
to order – please ask our design consultants,
who will be pleased to help and advise you.
All products are subject to availability.
Accessories
Due to national trends, our accessories range
is constantly updated. Therefore, you may
not find the entire range shown in this catalog
throughout 2010l 2011.
Some of the accessories used for the room sets
in this catalog are personal items and therefore
not available in our stores.
Prices
All prices are in USD $. All prices are correct
at time of printing (July 2010) and valid
from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2011.
However, we may need to review certain prices
due to adverse currency fluctuations andl or
other events beyond our control.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, cash or check. Financing is
available in participating stores.
Gift cards
BoConcept gift cards are available in all
participating stores.
Lamps
All lamps and light fittings conform to
USl European guidelines for domestic use.
Some of our lamps are not available in all
countries. Please check in store.
