TS4 – Product description
Modular partition walls:
The description concerns modular, transferable partition walls, which are delivered to building sites as prefabricated parts that can easily be connected with one another on-site.
System: Monoblock construction made of double-leaf elements with a concealed substructure.
Element width up to 2,050 mm, element height up to 3,800 mm.
Max. surface area per element 4 m²
Solid wall elements: Modesty panels made of three-layer chipboard in accordance with the standards: EN 120, EN 310, EN 312, EN 323, DIN 4102
Substructure made of OSB 3 wood-based material.
The elements can be opened without the aid of tools to facilitate installations.
Depending on the respective sound insulation requirements, the elements are provided with appropriate insulating materials.
Canaflex flax fibre and/or Phonewell sound insulation panels
The elements are mounted either horizontally or vertically and can be combined with all other Scheicher.Wand elements.
Organisation: In order to be able to organise wall elements with compartments, coat hooks, stationary holders etc. these panels are fitted with horizontal aluminium profiles.
Surface design: Wooden panels: Three-layer chipboard 16 mm, veneered surface, coated surrounding edges. Type of wood according to architect’s choice.
Décor panels: Three-layer chipboard 16 mm, surface melamine décor according to the Scheicher.Wand Collection
Pinboards: Covered with furniture textiles, which are suitable for pins. Scheicher.Wand Collection
Absorbers: Perforated wooden panels, micro-perforated or with textile surfaces
