The TX is designed to individually mould the automatically Panning them.
A short relaxing time after the first moulding, allows a correct stretching of the piece without punishing the dough.
Production:
- Small piece up to 150g. aprax.. 2.800 p/h.
- Piece from 200 to 400g. aprax.: 1.800 p/h.
La "TX" est une machine conçue pour la mise en forme de pièces de pain une à une et leur réception automatique sur une tablette.
• Elle possède un petit reposoir pour la pièce après la première mise en torme, ce qui permet un élirement convenable non forcé.
• Production:
- Petite piece, jusqu'à 150 gr. aprax.: 2.800 p/h.
- Pieces du 200 à 400 gr. aprax.: 1.800 p/h.
