Disturber indoor air

: Air is a micro organisms’ carrier. It conveys across rooms: bacteria, virus, moulds, Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) that, because of their negligible size, stay suspended in the air for hours. When inhaled by places’ occupants, these micro organisms may change into infectious agent.In hospitals, in spite of strong hygienic measures, exogenic nosocomial infections cases still represent 50% of contaminations. The airborne transmission of bacteria is one reason to this kind of infection. In dentists’ surgery, Flügge droplet projection is amplified by the use of care appliance, which contributes to create highly concentrated air pollution. This bacterial contamination is dangerous for patients as for the staff.In waiting rooms of medical centres, inter patients’ contamination risks are high. A coughing fit, a sneeze can be sufficient for an ill person to spread a cloud full of bacteria and virus in the air. These droplets, which size is a few microns, can stay in the air until 4 hours if the activity in the room is limited.Other agents than aero bio contamination can pollute the air. The use of disinfectants, detergents, moulds creation, artificial mineral fibres and humidity are pollutants that increase risks possibilities for human health. ANEMO solution proposal AERIS is an appliance to disinfect indoor air: it destroys bacteria, moulds, smokes and other particles disturbing for medical environment. Its second function is the deodorization of places where it is installed.Autonomous and portable, it can be installed in all rooms where purification is expected.AERIS integrates a functioning principle certificated by ANEMO society. This principle associates 2 steps: one filtration followed by PCO action that destroys all pollutants.Air is taken up through activated carbon filter that fix big dusts (allergen, pollen, fibres…) and adsorbs VOC and chemical compounds, what allows deodorization. Then, it endures PCO action which eliminates definitely the pollutants. All air pollutants particles are destroyed by PCO technology that acts on molecules fixed on the filter but also on the ones that cross it.
