A. UNIT FEATURES

1. All doors manufacturers shall have a continuous extruded ball and socket hinge that is integral to the hinge rail and jam b. 2. Hinge assem b lies shall have a m o lded bus hing attached at the top and bottom of door panel. 3. All doors to have continuous drip rail and vinyl wiper blade at bottom of door panel. Drip rail will be sloped to drain water to the interior of the door when opened. Installation of the drip rail is by double-si ded foam tape. Mechanical fasteners are perm itted. 4. Latch to be perm anently m ounted m a gnetic home strips. 5. Pull handles to be of extruded alum inum finished to m a tch the unit. 6. Adjustable jam b s (700c) to provide + 3/ 8” and – ¼” adjustm e nt on each side of the unit. 7. Side panels (791c, 795c), return panels (792c, 793c), neo-angle units (794c), and custom configurations available with Alum ax StikStall applications. (See separate StikStall specif i cations).

B. UNIT VALIDITY

1. W e t test: All joints, seam s, and seals are tested and evaluated for leaks in a wet test m odule. 2. Mechanical test: Moving parts or com pone nts subject to wear are cycle tested to sim u late 20 years of use. 3. Artificial aging: Plastic com ponents are selectively tested by artificial aging. This process subjects the parts to ultraviolet light, heat, and hum idity to test the resistance of the m a terial to these conditions. 4. Quality is assured by various in house verification procedures.
