DRIVE UNIT Provides opening speeds up to 60” per second. The drive is mounted directly to the drive shaft and includes a vibration dampener for smooth operations. DOOR SUPPLIERS PANEL WIND RIBS Built with Duratex, a double- layer of woven polyester monofilament coated and impregnated with PVC, it is not seamed, spliced or joined. Integrated wind ribs are designed to decrease deflection of the fabric furniture under positive or negative windloads. VISION PANEL Vision Panel is made of clearPVC and measures 22” SIDE FRAMES oroptional 46” The side frames are constructed of 1/4" (6 mm)thick primed and painted hot rolled steel. They measure only 4” x 5" (102mm x 127mm). The side frame covers are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. high and coversthe entire width of the door. BOTTOM BEAM The rigid, low-profile bottom beam is made of anodized extruded aluminum alloy which will not corrode or rust. HEAVY DUTY SIDE FRAMES SELF RESET SYSTEM WIND RIBS Heavy duty low profile sideframes won’t corrode, or rust and are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. If struck, the bottom beam swings furniture free from the side frames. After impact simply run the door up to the top position and the RapidRoll 230 quickly resets itself. Exclusive wind ribs provide enhanced performance in windy conditions. Each rib conforms to the top roll. This reduces wear on contact points, adds rigidity and reduces operational noise.
