“I was asked to design a chair furniture which would offer all users maximum working comfort in all situations and in all workspaces. A chair that would offer a good seating position and optimum spinal support, without having to use complicated controls. A chair that would fulfil the strictest requirements and offer excellent ease of use. This was the underlying thought which led to this design: Ahrend 230.”
