WASH PROGRAMMESPROGRAMMES SENSITIVE OPTION This is a cottonsprogramme with gentler movementduring wash and rinsing and anadditional rinse. Since those with sensitive skin or allergies wash their clothes more often, the level of soiling is usually lower. Therefore, a gentler programme is used to reduce wear whilst still achieving an excellent washing result. FASHION PROGRAMME Developed fordenim and other ’fashion’ fabrics furniture, theystay looking better for longer using thisgentle yet thorough wash action. COTTON PROGRAMME For outstandingwash results, the AEG-Electrolux cottonprogramme also minimises energy and water. This iconindicates how manyprogrammes each washingmachine has. All AEG-Electroluxwashing machines have a range ofprogrammes and temperature optionsto ensure that every load is washed toperfection. 40°-60°MIX LOAD Fabrics, labelled at40°C and 60°C, can be washed togetherat the same time. Offers gentle cleaningwith a perfect result by washing hotenough to ensure that clothes labelled 60°C are cleaned, yet cool enough toensure that clothes labelled 40°C arenot damaged. REFRESH PROGRAMME At only 20minutes, this wash programme is AEG-Electrolux’s quickest, ideal for ‘wornonce’ clothes. Refreshingly quick. LINGERIE PROGRAMME Speciallydesigned to care for and protect verydelicate fabrics, ensuring optimumwash results with maximum care. WOOL CRADLE FURNITURE PROGRAMME Takesextra care of woollens by gently rockingthem from side to side and avoidingany tumbling action that is unsuitable for wool. SILK PROGRAMME Designed specificallyfor silk. A very gentle 30°C wash thattakes good care of delicate silk items. It uses a specially designed spin cycle only once at the end of the programme to help reduce creasing. EASY IRON PROGRAMME Reducesironing time by up to 50% through actively reducing creases in fabric caused throughout the wash and spin cycle. This programme tumbles intermittently at the end of the cycle. DELICATE PROGRAMME A gentleprogramme designed for mixed fabricsfound in delicate clothes. HANDWASH PROGRAMME Anextremely gentle programme thatallows ‘handwash’ labelled items to bewashed by machine saving you theunpleasant task of washing by hand.

ENERGY SAVING PROGRAMME Thisprogramme is designed to give the best results using the least energy, to care for your clothes as well as the environment. WASH OPTIONSRINSE PLUS SPIN PERFORMANCESPIN SPEED Produces the perfectrinsing results by inserting an extrarinse into the wash cycle. Rinse Plus isautomatically activated if too muchdetergent is sensed on the final rinse. This option can also be manually selected for those with sensitive skin. This icon indicatesthe spin speed of each modelfrom 1400-1800rpm. Thehigher the spin speed, the more waterwill be expelled from the clothes giving a shorter drying time. VARIOMATIC SPINS This alternatesprogressively faster spinning with frequent tumbling stages, to minimisecreasing. BIO WASH PHASE Holds the wash at40°C for almost 10 minutes before continuing with the cycle resulting in better stain removal by increasing the effectiveness of enzymes in Biological detergents – for cleaner clothes. PRE-WASH 20-minute cold wash optionto loosen dirt and stubborn stains priorto the main wash selected. STAIN ACTION Allows you to use stain-removing agents with biologicalpowder, by adding extra time after theBiowash Phase to allow introduction of stain remover prior to continuing with the wash.
