With a host ofadvanced features, Avantgarde building ovens will automatically make recommendationsto help achieve perfect cooking results. Ventitherm® Precision is the ultimate in fan cooking. The fan gently circulates hot air around the oven to give an even temperature throughout. The ring element and top and bottom elements are also electronically controlled for precise heat management. This precise heat distribution and temperature control gives perfectcooking results and is ideal for cooking dishes like soufflés. Ventitherm® Precision also allows a greater range of cooking temperatures from 30ºC to 300ºC, ideal for bread proving to browning crème brulees.

CLEANINGAN OVEN THAT CLEANS ITSELF The Pyroluxe® cleaning feature means an oven that never needs cleaning - ever. Oncethe Pyroluxe® setting has been selected, the oven heats to 500°C and burns off even the most stubborn cooking residues, leaving only a light ash which can simply be wiped awaywith a damp cloth. All Pyroluxe® ovens come with Light and Intensive Cleaning options. It thoroughly cleans even those difficult to reach places effortlessly, whilst costing less than most household cleaners. All AEG-Electrolux appliances are designed with safety in mind, so the door building locks during cleaning until it has cooled to an acceptable level.
