CONTACTGELUIDSISOLATIE

ACOUSTICFOAM® 5-25 op rol is uitermate geschikt voor een degelijke contactgeluidsisolatie tussen dragende en zwevende vloeren. Beantwoordt aan de klasse lla. EIGENSCHAPPEN: ACOUSTICFOAM® 5-25:

Beschrijving voor het bestek:

*De dekvloer wordt zwevend geplaatst bovenop de contactgeluidsisolatie ACOUSTICFOAM® 5 -25'.

* Dit geextrudeerd polyethyleenschuim heeft een dikte van 5 mm in een densiteit van 25 kg/m³ en wordt verhandeld in rollen van 1,25 m x 100 m.

* Het product wordt geplaatst met een overlapping van 100 mm breedte.

*De contactgeluidsisolatie wordt zorgvuldig aangebracht, waarbij elke akoestische brug dient vermeden te worden, bijvoorbeeld bij verticale leidingen (elektriciteit, sanitair, ...), deuropeningen of hoeken.

*Het materiaal is rotvrij en bestand tegen vocht, waterdamp en heeft een hoog chemisch weerstandsvermogen.

* Randisolatie wordt in hetzelfde materiaal uitgevoerd en geplaatst tussen chape en muur en steekt 20 mm boven de vloerafwerking uit.

Zoals het woord aangeeft betraft dit een isolatie tegen contactgeluiden. Concreet worden maatregelen getroffen om onder andere het geluid van voetstappen van mensen die op een vloerconstructie lopen, te reduceren. De contactgeluidsisolatie wordt bepaald building door het contactgeluidsniveau van de ruimte net onder de plaats waar deze isolatie is aangebracht.

Comme son nom l'indique, cette isolation protège contre les bruits de contact. Concrètement, il s'agit d'intervenir lors de la construction des sols pour réduire, entre autres, le bruit des pas sur les planchers. L'isolation acoustique est conçue en fonction du niveau des bruits de contact dans l'espace situé juste sous le lieu où cette isolation est appliquée.

Description pour le cahier de charges :

* La chape flottante est placée sur l' isolation aux bruits d' impact 'ACOUSTICFOAM® 5 -25'. Cette mousse de polyéthylène extrudée a une épaisseur de 5 mm et une densité de 25 kg/m³et est vendue en rouleaux de 1,25 m x 100 m.

* Le produit se pose avec un chevauchement de 100 mm.

* L' isolation aux bruits d' impact doit être soigneusement posée, tout en évitant des ponts acoustiques, par exemple dans le cas de lignes verticales (électricité, sanitaire, ...), embrasures ou coins.

* La matière est imputrescible, étanché à l'humidité et à la vapeur et chimiquement inerte.

* L' isolation des plinthes est fabriquée dans la même matière et doit être placée entre la chape et le mur, et dépasse la finition du sol de 20 mm.

* The top layer is being installed in between the carrying and floating floor on top of the contact sound insulation ACOUSTICFOAM® 5 -25'.

* This extruded polyethylene foam is 5 mm thick with a 25 kg/m³ density and is sold in rolls of 1,25 m x 100 m.

* The product is placed with an overlap of 100 mm.

* Contact sound insulation must be installed carefully so that every acoustic bridge is avoided, e.g. in case of vertical fittings (electricity, sanitary, ...), door openings or edges.

* The material doesn't absorb humidity, is resistant to moisture and is chemically inert.

* Edge design strips are manufactured in the same material and placed in between the top layer and the wall but they rise 20 mm above the final flooring.
