Binary Inputs, 230 V AC/DC, MDRC Analogue Input, 4-fold, MDRC

For the detection of 230 V AC/DC signals. The state of the inputs is displayed via LEDs. The binary inputs enable the detection of 4 or 8 signals. Each channel has a push button for manual operation. The devices are supplied by the ABB i-bus The analogue input AE/S 4.2 is used to detect and process 4 independent analogue input signals accord- ing to DIN IEC 60381 (0 – 1 V, 0 – 5 V, 0 – 10 V, 0 – 20 mA, 4 – 20 mA, 0 – 1000 Ohm, PT 100 in 2-wire technology and floating contacts). The integrated 115/230 V power supply generates the 24 V DC voltage for external sensors.

Binary Inputs, 24 V AC/DC, MDRC

6157 EB-500 The 4-fold analogue input is used to detect and process analogue variables. The four measure ment channels can be configured for various current or voltage signals e.g. 0…20 mA, 0…1 V, 0…10 V, etc. The device requires a 230 V AC power supply. A 24 V DC auxiliary voltage for the supply of external sensors is generated by the device. 6157-0-0028 26 – For the detection of 24 V AC/DC signals. The state of the inputs is displayed via LEDs. WZ/S 1.1

Weather Unit, MDRC

2CDG 110 034 R0011 26 4 to be discontinued The weather unit WZ/S 1.1 is used to detect and process For the detection of 230 V AC or 24 V AC/DC signals. The device 6158 EB-500 can also be used for the interrogation of floating contacts using the integrated 24 V supply when the device is connected to 230 V AC. weather data from the weather sensor. The weather sensor supplies the unit with data, i.e., of light and brightness levels in 3 directions, rain, temperature, information on day/night, wind speed, date and time. The weather unit WZ/S 1.1 can only be used with the weather sensor WES/A 1.1. The device can be oper- ated with a suppy voltage of 115 to 230 V, 50/60 Hz. 6156 EB-500 230 V AC6156-0-0020 26 – 6158 EB-500 24 V AC/DC6158-0-0026 26 –

Weather Sensor

The universal interface has 2 or 4 channels respectively which can be parameterised as inputs or outputs. Con- ventional push-buttons, auxiliary contacts, LEDs and the electronic relay ER/U 1.1 can be used together with the device to fulfill a wide variety of applications. The connecting cables can be extended up to 10 m. The contact scanning voltage and the supply voltage for the LEDs are made available by the device. The weather sensor WES/A 1.1 records twilight, brightness in 3 directions, rain (permanently heated detection surfaces at temperatures < 10 °C or when raining), temperature, information on day/night, wind speed, date and time (DCF radio receiver). An addi- tional heating transformer is not needed. The weather sensor WES/A 1.1 can only be used with the weather unit WZ/S 1.1.
